A process of de-Russification: There is a new map with renamed streets of Kyiv

This was reported by Ksenia Semenova, a member of the Kyiv City Council.

She is also a member of the renaming commission.

The map shows the names of streets that have passed the process, but have not yet been voted on by the Kyiv City Council.

“These are streets names we are clarifying and streets with their historical names we are returning,” Ksenia Semenova said.

The next step is the approval of new names by the Kyiv City Council.
