A Ukrainian power station was damaged by a Russian night-time shelling

This was reported by the press service of energy company DTEK.

“On the night of May 3-4, as a result of shelling, the DTEK Energy thermal power station was damaged once again”, the company reported.

No one was injured as a result of the shelling. The power station equipment was damaged, and after the shelling ceased, energy workers began to address the consequences.

Since September of last year, DTEK Energy’s power facilities have been attacked 31 times. As a result, three energy workers were killed and 28 were injured.

As it is known, during the night, Russia attacked Kyiv and Odesa with drones and missiles.  Most of the drones were shot down by Ukrainian air defense at night.
