All orphanages in Kyiv have shelters and are provided with everything they need in case they need to operate on their own for a long period of time

Today, they are all provided with food, water, medical supplies, and disinfectants to last them for a long period of time. In addition, all institutions have at their disposal shelters where pupils and staff can hide during an air alert.

All orphanages have alternative lighting.

In total, approximately 40 social welfare institutions are operating in the city.

They are equipped with everything they need and are ready for any scenario.
