This was stated in a statement by the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.
“The Armed Forces have begun checks of combat readiness of units and military formations. The check is comprehensive”, the statement said.
According to the Ministry of Defense of Belarus, personnel are expected to be deployed to designated areas to conduct a series of training exercises, including combat shooting.
“During the check, the movement of military equipment is planned, temporary restrictions on the movement of civilian traffic on public roads and in local areas are possible”, the department added.
