Generally, forty-two people were affected by Russia’s another missile attack on the Kyiv region, including six children.
According to Niebytov, one more woman died and, hence, the death toll increased to seven. Thirty-five civilians were injured, including six children. The youngest victim is just five years old.
Based on the available data, the Russian missile, presumably Kh-101, hit the area near the apartment block. Four buildings, a kindergarten and school were damaged.
Niebytov stressed that no military objects or energy facilities were located nearby.
“Following the expert examinations, investigators will be able to give an answer, whether the residential house was destroyed deliberately or the missile hit there only because it was not as precise as they said,” Niebytov added.
A reminder that, in the afternoon of November 23, 2022, Russian troops launched another massive missile attack on the territory of Ukraine. Over 10 regions came under enemy fire. As a result, energy infrastructure objects were damaged; all nuclear power plants, most thermal and hydro power plants were temporarily de-energized.
