Demand for renting apartments in Kyiv increased by 40% compared to the summer period

In Kyiv, a “second wave” of visitors is recorded – those who return to the city.

Oksana Suslova, director of the “Left Bank” (Livyi Bereg – ed.) Academy of Sciences, claims that now the demand for rent is 40% higher compared to the summer period. In Kyiv, housing has already been sold for 4-5 thousand hryvnias, and for 1-bedroom apartment in a residential area will have to be paid from UAH 6-7 thousand per month.

These prices will not change until the end of the war, realtors predict.
