This was reported by the Kyiv Military Administration (KMA).
“According to preliminary information, the Moscow aggressor likely used a new batch of Iranian drones, the Shahed. About eight enemy targets were detected and destroyed on approach to the capital”, the KMA said.
There have been no reports of casualties or damage.
As previously reported, the markings on the drones suggest that Russians have received a new batch from Iran.
