As reported, Ukraine’s Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War launched the 24-hour hotline for military personnel of the Russian Federation who want to surrender. Russian servicemen or their relatives should call: +38 066 580 34 98 and +38 093 119 29 84.
