This was reported by the spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Andriy Demchenko, as reported by Interfax.
Though all border crossing points with Russia and Belarus are closed for regular border operations, Ukrainians can still return to Ukraine through them.
“All Ukrainian citizens who were forced to leave for the territory of Russia or transit through temporarily occupied territories to Russia due to the war can cross the Ukrainian border in any direction”, Demchenko added.
As of October 16 this year, Russia restricted the entry of Ukrainian citizens through third countries.
