This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
The message noted that internally displaced persons who arrived in Kyiv from regions where active hostilities will receive aid from the Kyiv Humanitarian Headquarters, namely kits with food.
“Supporting those who were forced to leave their homes due to active hostilities is one of the most important tasks for us. It is for this purpose that almost 1,500 tons of products have been allocated from the reserves of the Kyiv Humanitarian Headquarters to be given to the displaced persons. We have proposed the simplest mechanism for obtaining such assistance.
Internally displaced persons need only come to one of the 10 city Centers for the provision of administrative servises with a passport and a certificate of registration as an IDP and receive a coupon that entitles them to receive assistance from the capital in city centers. Within 45 days, internally displaced persons can pick up their food kit at any of the 33 distribution points. The list of all addresses will be indicated on the reverse side of the coupon itself,” said Mondryivskyi.
He also noted that in order to prevent inconveniences, an additional 110 workplaces were created in the Centers for the provision of administrative services, which will make it possible to serve IDPs without unnecessary queues. Registration will begin next week.
