The Mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, reported this.
As a result of nighttime enemy drone attacks, a building of one of the educational institutions in the city was seriously damaged.
Other strikes hit an auto service station and a dormitory housing internally displaced persons. However, due to the high risk to local residents, the building of the Kharkiv College hit by the Russian drone collapsed.
It is known that the College of Transport Technologies was originally built in 1915.
Today, on November 3, as a result of an enemy drone attack on Kharkiv, a large fire broke out. People, including children, sought medical assistance.
