He also stressed that he will continue to advocate the Kyiv Security Compact, and he counts on the support of Ukraine’s closest friends in its efforts to guarantee its own security in the period until Ukraine becomes a member of NATO.
As reported, on September 13, the Office of the President of Ukraine presented the concept of security guarantees for Ukraine. The recommendations provide for the creation of the Kyiv Security Compact, which should unite Ukraine and a group of guarantor states.
