In particular, 53% of those polled are in favor of the U.S. continuing to provide weapons to Ukraine, whereas 25% are against it, and 22% were not sure.
Some 73% of respondents support the transfer of humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, 70% – medical military assistance, 61% – non-lethal military assistance, 54% – light weapon systems (anti-tank weapons) and 45% – advanced weapons systems (helicopters, armored vehicles).
Some 47% of respondents support the transfer of the Patriot missile defense system to Ukraine.
The poll was conducted from December 17 to 20. A total of 1,500 respondents were interviewed. The margin of error is 3.3%.
