Nearly half a million phone calls have been handled by specialists at the city’s 15-51 Contact Center in over three months of working in wartime conditions

The number of people on the lines simultaneously could reach over 100 people. That number exceeded 500 callers when food kits were being distributed.

One of the areas of work the Contact Center has engaged in has been registering the information of disadvantaged citizens who needed food, medicine, and other essential items.
