“During the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war, the issue of creating a barrier-free environment in the city becomes even more urgent, as militaries who have disabilities or limb injuries as a result of wounds are going back to the capital from the front line. The accessibility of urban space should be a new social norm,” – reported in message.
It is reported that the draft decision was developed with the aim of ensuring the physical accessibility of the transport infrastructure.
