Residents and volunteers restore a painted Ukrainian flag on a concrete slope along the capital’s Obolon Embankment. Oleksiy Shevchuk, one of the organizers of the action, announced this.
The blue part of the flag has already been restored. On Saturday, July 30, the community will meet again to complete the work on the yellow section.
“Despite the rather hot weather, we were able to complete a considerable part of the work together with you. But we still have the yellow part of the flag waiting for us, so we invite everyone who wants to join our initiative next Saturday,” the message reads.
