Facilities damaged in the Kyiv region were part of the unified energy system.
After the aggressor’s attack, 350,000 apartments of Kyivans were left without electricity, and 80% of the city experienced water supply shortages. The consequences were promptly eliminated. However, the situation with the electricity supply remains challenging, so Ukrenergo is forced to implement rolling blackouts.
See the DTEK Kyiv Electric Power Networks website for the current schedule of rolling blackouts.
We kindly remind Kyiv residents to consume electricity moderately. Turn on energy-consuming appliances one at a time, and reduce electricity consumption as much as possible from 06:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 23:00! We urge businesses to limit the use of outdoor lighting on the facades of offices, restaurants, and shopping centers.
