Petro Panteleev, Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration, announced this on Facebook.
According to him, a difficult heating season is ahead and “all the equipment on which the normal functioning of the housing and communal services system of Kyiv depends, must work stably, even in conditions of increased load.”
“They checked its condition in Obolon district. It is very important that the operating personnel pass the distribution substation, the switchboard house, inspect the situation, replace the parts, and then the reliability of the system increases many times. We plan to continue conducting inspections together with district heads and relevant services so that everyone understands the area of responsibility and the requirements for them,” he wrote.
