This was announced by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kuleba.
According to him, the readiness of the Kyiv region for the winter and the heating season as of the end of August is 70%.
“Winterization process is proceeding properly. I am sure that all systems will work stably, and the heating will be uninterrupted. Together with all authorities, heads of communities and public utilities, we will do our best to ensure that residents are ready for a difficult period of cold weather” Kuleba said.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that the main tasks of the Cabinet of Ministers today are to provide the military with salaries and to ensure the heating season in Ukraine.
