Russian missiles hit civilian objects in the Dnipro region

This information was reported by the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

“A heavy night. It was loud – the enemy launched a massive attack on the region with missiles and drones. Dnipro was hit. A fire broke out in a private residence, which has already been extinguished. Two houses and a car were damaged. Two private enterprises also caught fire, which was brought under control by firefighters. A gas station was severely damaged, and one of its employees was injured. Medical assistance was provided, and he will be treated at home”, the report says.

It is noted that a transportation company also suffered serious destruction. Territory inspections are ongoing, and information is being clarified.

Furthermore, the enemy also shelled the community of Marhanets with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), but there were no casualties. According to the preliminary information from the head of the Regional Military Administration, during the night of May 26, five cruise missiles and six “Shahed” UAVs were shot down over the region.

It should be recalled that during the night of May 26, the Russians launched a total of 17 missiles of various types and 31 kamikaze drones into Ukrainian territory. Ukrainian air defense systems destroyed 10 cruise missiles, 23 “Shahed” UAVs, and two reconnaissance UAVs.
