Russians have published a video of cutting off the head of a Ukrainian prisoner. SBU has launched an investigation

This was announced by the head of SBU, Vasyl Maluk.

“We will find these inhumane people. If necessary, we will get them wherever they are, even from under the ground or from the other world. But they will definitely be punished for what they have done”, Maluk wrote.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also responded to the video.

“There is something that no one in the world can ignore: how easily these beasts kill. The world must see this video of the execution of a Ukrainian prisoner. This is the Russia that it is. What kind of creatures are they? There are no people for them. A son, a brother, a husband, someone’s child… This is the Russia that is trying to make this the new norm. Such a habit – destroying lives”, said Zelensky.

As it is known, the video appeared on Twitter and Telegram. It shows the aggressors killing a man by cutting off his head. One of the occupiers is giving advice to another on how to act better. The man was conscious before the execution.
