Russians launched 26 Iranian Shahed drones over Ukraine, 21 of them were shot down

This was reported in the summary by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Over the past day, the enemy inflicted 3 missile and 57 aviation strikes, in particular, using 26 UAVs of the Shahed-136 type. 21 of them were destroyed by our defenders. Russian aggressors also carried out 69 shelling with rocket artillery on the positions of our troops and settlements. There are casualties and injuries among the civilian population, private residential buildings, and other civilian infrastructure have been destroyed and damaged”, the statement reads.

As noted, the likelihood of missile and aviation strikes throughout the territory of Ukraine remains high.

As previously reported, Russian occupiers attacked the Odessa region with Shahed drones, with one of the drones hitting a critical infrastructure object, but there were no casualties.
