This was reported by the spokesperson for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region, Veronika Bakhal.
She noted that people were trapped under the rubble of one of the buildings and the city hospital. As a result of the emergency rescue operations, the bodies of three deceased individuals, including a child, were recovered from the rubble of the hospital.
Rescuers also evacuated a 6-month-old infant. Six people were injured, including one child. She also added that at the time of the missile strike, there were 149 patients in the city hospital. Currently, all of them have been evacuated.
Additionally, rescuers extracted one person from the rubble of a five-story residential building. Six people, including three children, were injured there.
“At the moment, experts are identifying the type of missiles used by the Russian army in the strike on Selydove. According to preliminary information, these are Iskander-M and S-300 missiles”? Bakhal specified.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the main impact was on the maternity hospital building of the Selydove hospital.
