Meanwhile, “Radio Liberty” reports from the scene that there are people, including a child, trapped under the rubble of one of the buildings.
A rescue operation is currently underway.
UPDATED: As of 18:00, there are 5 confirmed dead and 15 injured. There is a possibility that seven people, including one child, are trapped under the rubble.
UPDATED on April 17th at 10:30: Eight missiles were launched from the S-300 air defense system in the city. Thirty-nine people were victims of this attack: fifteen of them were killed and twenty-four were wounded.
