Out of the €110 million, €100 million will be allocated to support Ukrainians within Ukraine, while €10 million will be directed to assist Ukrainian refugees and the communities hosting them in Moldova.
The aid within Ukraine will include financial assistance, food, water, shelter, medical services, psychosocial support, and more.
For Ukrainian refugees in Moldova, assistance will be provided in terms of housing, food, medical aid, education, and other essential needs.
