The Kyiv City Council has banned the sale and use of fireworks and driving cars without a muffler during the war

The first decision stipulates that the sale, trade, and use of fireworks and other pyrotechnics are prohibited in Ukraine under martial law and for 30 days after its termination or abolition in the city of Kyiv.

The second decision prohibits the movement of vehicles with a straight pipe exhaust system and other exhaust systems without silencers until the termination or abolition of martial law throughout Ukraine.
