The Parliament of Ukraine has appointed Olga Pishchanska as the head of the Accounting Chamber

The appointment was supported by 252 Members of Parliament, with the breakdown of votes as follows:

  • “Servant of the People” – 180 votes;
  • “European Solidarity” – 0 votes;
  • “Fatherland” – 13 votes;
  • “Platform for Life and Peace” – 17 votes;
  • “For the Future” – 10 votes;
  • “Voice” – 0 votes;
  • “Trust” – 15 votes;
  • “Restoration of Ukraine” – 10 votes;
  • non-factional – 7 votes.

About Olga Pishchanska:

In 1997, she graduated from Kryvyi Rih Technical University with a degree in industrial and civil construction, and in 2001, she obtained a master’s degree in entrepreneurial economics from Kyiv National Economic University.

Since 2010, she has been a certified project manager (AFM).

Currently pursuing an MBA at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, having completed certifications in 8 out of 9 subjects.

Professional Background:

  • From July 1997 to April 1999, she worked as a personal computer operator engineer at MPP “Techprocess.”
  • From May 1999 to March 2004, she worked as an engineer at the design bureau and later as a Category I engineer at Kryvyi Rih State Mining and Metallurgical Combine “Kryvorizhstal.”
  • From March 2004 to December 2015, she worked at PJSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih” in various structural units in positions such as head of the external design department, manager for procurement of services, and manager for ensuring strategic and investment projects.
  • From January to April 2016, she worked as the head of the mechanical material and technical resources procurement department at LLC “METINVEST HOLDING.”
  • From December 2016 to August 2019, she served as the director of LLC “Procurement Decisions.”
  • From November 2017 to August 2019, she was the commercial director of LLC “STEM Engineering.”

In September 2019, she was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine – State Commissioner.

On July 6, 2020, Olga Pishchanska began to perform the duties of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee.

On July 16, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed Olga Pishchanska as the head of the Antimonopoly Committee.

On September 5, 2023, she submitted a resignation letter from the position of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee.

On January 10, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Olga Pishchanska as the head of the Accounting Chamber.
