Ukraine has returned 106 prisoners of war

This was reported by the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak.

“They fought for Bahmut and accomplished a feat that prevented the enemy from advancing further into our Eastern territories. Each of them is a hero of our state. Many of those we are returning from captivity were considered missing. The families of these people have gone through a difficult stage”, he stated.

It is worth reminding that on May 6, Ukraine managed to exchange 42 defenders and three female defenders of “Azovstal.”
