The Prime Minister shared this information.
“We count on Slovakia’s support during the winter period regarding the import of electricity. This will contribute to strengthening bilateral economic cooperation”, he stated.
Shmyhal also raised the issue of exporting agricultural products from Ukraine, expressing hope that Slovakia will assist in lifting all restrictions on the export of Ukrainian grain. In addition to these matters, officials discussed the development of border checkpoints at the shared border and enhancing cooperation in the defense sector.
It’s worth noting that the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine does not plan to implement any electricity outage schedules starting from October 1. The ministry has stated that there are currently no planned power cuts for residential consumers throughout the entire autumn-winter period.
