Zelensky has vetoed the bill on e-declarations

He announced this in his Telegram channel.

“Veto. In the morning, a law arrived from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine that maintained restrictions on electronic declarations. These restrictions are unacceptable. Declarations must be open. Immediately. Not in a year. The registry should be opened right now. In fact, the law should be voted on with this main amendment. Preferably, quickly”, he stated.

It should be noted that on September 5, the Verkhovna Rada supported the resumption of electronic declarations in Ukraine. However, deputies failed to pass an important amendment 371 – about opening declarations. The resumption of declarations includes the submission of declarations for the current year as well as for 2021 and 2022. In addition, special checks will be resumed. At the same time, military personnel involved in combat operations will submit declarations within 90 days after the end of hostilities or demobilization.
