At VDNKh, Kyiv residents lined up for animals rescued from the war zone

Today on the territory of VDNKh, during the open day at the temporary shelter for animals, all those willing could get to know the animals rescued from the war zones, as well as choose a pet to their liking.

Guests of the Open Day were able to walk the dogs on the territory of the shelter, take the animal home. In addition, a charity fair was held during the event.

On the territory of the National Complex “Expocenter Ukraine” there is a temporary shelter for animals “Exhibition Center”, which was created during the martial law by the efforts of volunteer organizations and city services. Animals that have lost their owners are brought here from Kyiv and the Kyiv region – Irpin, Borodyanka, Hostomel and others. The shelter is open to everyone by appointment, and its main goal is the socialization and accommodation of animals that have lost their owners and ended up on the street.
