“Since July, six such structures have been handed over to us, and four of them have already been installed on state motorways in Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Kharkiv regions. We plan to install two more bridges in Kherson region. Next year, we expect another 12 similar bridges to be delivered from the Czech Republic,” he said.
Ivko added that France’s Matière also sent Ukravtodor three 68, 34, and 23m-long bridges, which are being installed on state motorways within Chernihiv region. At one location, the metal structure of the bridge is being installed. Preparatory work is underway at two other locations.
As reported, the Norwegian State Road Administration provided Ukraine with humanitarian aid in the form of 10 bridges. Temporary bridge structures are to be delivered in January 2023.
