Five individuals are considered missing following a Russian missile strike on the village of Groza in the Kharkiv region

This information was conveyed by the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Igor Klymenko, on Telegram.

“This marks the fourth consecutive day of relentless work by criminal investigators in the Kharkiv region. So far, 49 fatalities have been identified. Experts have conducted 168 DNA tests, with an additional 63 tests still in progress”, – he said.

According to Klymenko, five individuals are still considered missing, and he added, “Investigators, criminal investigators, search teams, and many other police personnel are conducting a colossal effort”.

The Russian strike on Groza, Details:

Recall that on September 5th, during the daytime, Russians shelled the village of Groza in the Kharkiv region. Preliminarily, they may have used the Iskander ballistic missile for the attack.

The head of the regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov, also confirmed that the strike occurred during a memorial dinner where local villagers had gathered to commemorate a deceased soldier.

It is known that approximately 60 people were in the cafe at the time of the strike.

The precision of the strike was exceptionally high. Law enforcement suspects that someone from the local community guided the strike.

On the same evening, rescuers completed the debris removal from the local cafe and store in the Groza village of the Kharkiv region. Only 35 deceased individuals could be recognized. The rest of the bodies were transported to the morgue, and DNA analysis will be required for identification.

Later, against the backdrop of the tragedy in Groza, Britain called on Germany to transfer Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
