Intelligence: Ukraine and Russia are close to exchanging prisoners of war “all for all”

This was announced by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

“Yes, we are approaching this in principle. Let’s look at the numbers again. As of now, more than 2,200 people have already been exchanged. This is an unprecedented case in world history. No one has done anything like this. All exchanges take place after the end of hostilities and not during”, he said, responding to a question about the feasibility of an “all for all” exchange.

As we reported, on April 21, a priest of the UOC-MP was exchanged for 28 Ukrainian prisoners of war.
