Officially: Ukrainian Armed Forces liberate Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia and continue to advance

This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Maliar during her appearance on the Military Media Center.

“Our offensive operations continue. As you know, Robotyne has been liberated. Our forces are moving further southeast from Robotyne and south of Mala Tokmachka”, she said.

Maliar also added that the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to advance in this direction. According to her, the southern direction is a main focus of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, noting that the enemy is in a defensive position in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

Indeed, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are making progress along the directions of Novodanilivka – Novoprokopivka and Mala Tokmachka – Ocheretuvate.

What is known about the situation in the village of Robotyne:

On August 21, Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Maliar mentioned that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are achieving success near Robotyne, where planned combat operations are currently underway, as well as near Mala Tokmachka in Zaporizhzhia.

Subsequently, on August 22, soldiers from the 47th Brigade, which had entered Robotyne in combat, organized the evacuation of civilians on a Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle.

On August 23, the Ukrainian Armed Forces raised the Ukrainian flag over the village of Robotyne.
