As reported by journalist Jakub Palowski of Defence24.pl, the Polish Defense Minister, Mariusz Blaszczak, announced the transfer.
“Poland has provided Ukraine with 10 MiG-29 fighter jets”, he wrote, without disclosing further details on the delivery.
It is worth noting that on April 13, during a debate organized by the Atlantic Council in Washington, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced the transfer of another batch of MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine.
Similarly, on April 17, Slovakia handed over 13 promised MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine.
