This was announced by the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin after talks with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in Sochi.
The President of the Russian Federation emphasized once again that Russia would return to the “grain deal” only if the previously set requirements are met.
“Russia will be ready to revive the grain deal and will do so immediately once all the agreed-upon conditions are fulfilled”, said the Russian President.
Putin noted that he is awaiting the lifting of some of the sanctions related to the supply of Russian grain and fertilizers to European markets.
It should be recalled that President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that the decision made at the meeting is very important. He also mentioned that, in addition to the “grain corridor”, the meeting will address bilateral trade relations, cooperation in the energy sector, transitioning to settlements in national currencies, and other issues.
