In a 16-story residential building on Chornobilska Street, 64 out of 126 apartments completely burned up, and 62 suffered partial damage.
The building is being insulated and renovated according to all modern standards while social repairs are being made in the apartments.
Work at the 27-story residential building on Prospekt Lobanovskoho will be completed in Spring 2023. Out of 126 apartments, 16 residences were damaged. The building’s roof and part of its frame were dismantled, and two elevators were restored. Unique work on the arrangement of the monolithic reinforced concrete frame of the building is ongoing.
In the summer, the city began restorations on 11 residential buildings that suffered the most damage as a result of shelling. In total, more than 640 infrastructure facilities and residential buildings were damaged in the capital. Of those, 360 buildings will be restored first. They include 52 educational institutions, 15 healthcare facilities, 5 social protection facilities, 89 housing and communal services facilities, 12 cultural facilities, 196 residential buildings, and 1 administrative building.
