Around 03:30 p.m., November 15, 2022, the Main Department of the Ukrainian State Emergency Service in the city of Kyiv received reports on three locations hit with Russian missiles.
In the Pecherskyi district, the fragments of the enemy missile caused a fire on floor 2 and floor 3 in a five-storey apartment block. The fire spread across an area of 60 square meters. The façade of the building was partially destroyed.
Additionally, an apartment on the last floor in a 24-storey residential house was partially destroyed, but no fire broke out.
In the Obolonskyi district, the fragments of the Russian missile fell near an abandoned building.
According to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, all the fires were extinguished. Twelve equipment units and 61 rescuers were involved in firefighting operations.
Following Russia’s missile attack on Kyiv, one person was reported killed and one injured. Information about casualties is yet to be updated.
