This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU).
In the city, which is currently occupied by Russian forces, regular searches of local residents are being conducted both on the streets and in their homes. Occupiers check passports and phones. If a person’s passport is found to be Ukrainian, they destroy the document and force the individual to apply for a Russian passport.
Moreover, the occupiers are also coercing changes to other documents, such as driver’s licenses and papers related to movable and immovable property.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian occupiers are terrorizing Ukrainian workers at the Zaporizhzhia NPP who refuse to cooperate with the enemy.
It should be noted that Russian occupiers have intensified repressions against Zaporizhzhia NPP employees in the temporarily occupied Enerhodar who refuse to collaborate with them.
