Over 25,000 people have already signed the petition, the website says.
The document is currently awaiting consideration by the president. The petition was created by Anna Lytovchenko a few days after Roman’s death.
The text of the petition states that the deceased 24-year-old military man was an activist and defender of the Protasov Yar in Kyiv, took an active part in the Revolution of Dignity and became one of the symbols of his generation.
