It’s worth noting that consultations on collective security guarantees for Ukraine, as part of a joint declaration by the G7 in support of Ukraine, began on December 4. The discussions involved the Head of the Presidential Office Ihor Zhovkva and the Secretary-General of the European External Action Service for Peace, Security, and Defense Charles Fries.
On December 11, EU foreign ministers discussed security guarantees for Ukraine, and various options will be brought to the summit of European leaders.
