“Over 11 months of the current year, Ukraine exported 50.9 million tonnes of agricultural and food products worth $21.1 billion. Compared with 11 months of last year, this is 16.7% less in terms of volume, and 13.7% less in terms of value,” Svyrydenko said.
Over the reporting period, Ukraine’s top agricultural exports included corn (21.9 million tonnes worth $5.3 billion), wheat (9.6 million tonnes worth $2.3 billion), sunflower oil (3. 9 million tonnes worth $5.0 billion), rapeseed (2.9 million tons for $1.4 billion) and meal from vegetable fats and oils (2.9 million tonnes worth $671.2 million).
