Ukraine exports $21B worth of agricultural products in Jan-Nov 2022 – Economy Ministry

Ukraine’s First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy Yuliya Svyrydenko said this in an interview with CNN, reports with reference to the ministry’s press service.

“Over 11 months of the current year, Ukraine exported 50.9 million tonnes of agricultural and food products worth $21.1 billion. Compared with 11 months of last year, this is 16.7% less in terms of volume, and 13.7% less in terms of value,” Svyrydenko said.

Over the reporting period, Ukraine’s top agricultural exports included corn (21.9 million tonnes worth $5.3 billion), wheat (9.6 million tonnes worth $2.3 billion), sunflower oil (3. 9 million tonnes worth $5.0 billion), rapeseed (2.9 million tons for $1.4 billion) and meal from vegetable fats and oils (2.9 million tonnes worth  $671.2 million).
