The painting exhibition devoted to Solomiya Krushelnytska opened in Kyiv

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy.

“This year, Ukraine celebrates the 150th anniversary of the legendary opera singer. The main goal of “Solomia” exhibition is to honor the memory of our great countrywoman, to draw society’s attention to the person of Krushelnytska, and share the achievements of Ukrainian and world culture,” – they posted.

The exhibition presents the works of famous Ukrainian artists, “United by the desire to recreate the image of the great singer, the outstanding persons with whom she worked and communicated, to depict the beautiful places of Ukraine and Italy associated with Solomiya Krushelnytska.” – the Ministry of Culture said.

The exhibition is open on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00, entry is free.

Place — Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry/Kyiv CCI (2nd floor).
