Liz Truss is set to ensure Russia loses the war if she wins the Conservative Party leadership election and became Prime Minister.

The Telegraph  reported.

“I am putting forward my candidacy because I can be a leader, I can bring results and make difficult decisions. I have a clear vision of where we need to go, and the experience and determination to achieve that goal. I will govern as a conservative. I will hit the ground running as prime minister, whether it is ensuring Vladimir Putin loses in Ukraine or getting the economy going,” the minister said.

Truss also shared her achievements while working in various positions in the government. She did not forget to mention the ambitious plans she wants to implement during her leadership. The head of the Foreign Ministry said that “As foreign secretary, I have helped to lead the international response to Putin’s war in Ukraine sand delivered a though sanctions package that has led the world, by imposing real pain on Putin and the Kremlin.”
