On June 1, Ukrainian Defense Forces confirmed they successfully struck carriers of the S-300 and S-400 systems.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“In particular, in the indicated areas, following the strikes by Ukrainian missile forces, the immediate cessation of radar operations of the S-300/S-400 systems was observed. Additionally, further detonation of ammunition was noted in all three areas of the launch positions of the Russian anti-aircraft missile divisions.”
Loud explosions were heard in several settlements in Crimea during the night. Several Russian Telegram channels reported supposed air defense activity; however, the Russian Ministry of Defense did not report any air targets.
It should be recalled that on the night of June 10, the Russians also closed the Kerch (Crimean) Bridge.
