Ukraine will not agree to territorial concessions to end the war. Just as Hitler crossed line after line, Putin is doing the same today.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated this during his address to the National Assembly of France.

“Can Putin win the war? No, because we do not have the right to lose. Can this war end at the current lines? No, because there are no lines for evil, neither 80 years ago nor now. And if someone tries to draw temporary lines, it will only be a pause before a new war… Hitler crossed line after line, and Putin is doing the same today”, he said.

The President of Ukraine is confident that Ukraine will win the war because Ukrainians believe in victory, “and therefore Europe believes too”.

“Can we win this battle? Absolutely yes. We can. Ukraine, therefore Europe. Europe, therefore France. I am confident in this, just as France is. France believed in freedom before D-Day had even occurred, but that day of landing, like the day of European victory, was inevitable”, he emphasized.

Zelensky’s Visit to France

It should be recalled that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky recently arrived in Paris at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.

Zelensky will participate in events dedicated to D-Day — the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy during World War II.

It is also expected that the leaders of Ukraine and the United States will meet face-to-face for negotiations.
