The Telegram bot "Your Vet Kyiv" was launched in Kyiv for free consultations on keeping pets.
This is reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
As experts note, during the period of martial law, the factors that can negatively affect the animal’s health became many times more. Therefore, the bot is a channel of communication with pet owners.
Consultations will be provided by veterinary doctors of the municipal clinic who have extensive practical experience.
Hours of consultation: from 09:00 to 18:00.
24/7 reference information on the first steps to be taken in case of poisoning, tick or other insect bite, schedule of preventive vaccinations and preventive health examinations. The chatbot also has addresses of veterinary clinics.
Currently, the bot works in a test mode, the functionality will be added later.
