Events will take place in St. Sophia Cathedral, the Golden Gate (Zoloti Vorota – ed.), and other closed locations.
From August 5 to 7, the high art festival Bouquet Kyiv Stage will be held for the fifth time on the “Sofia of Kyiv” National Sanctuary Complex. The theme of this year’s festival is “For the sake of life”, reports the press service of the organizers.
“For the sake of life, our brave soldiers defend Ukraine, exposing themselves to mortal danger. For the sake of life, every Ukrainian man or woman today also became warriors – on their fronts. For the sake of life and our indomitable spirit, we are, despite everything, holding the Bouquet Kyiv Stage festival — as a thanks to all our defenders. This is our step to Victory!” — talk about Bouquet Kyiv Stage-2022 its organizers — the team of the Dom “Master Class” cultural center.
This year, the festival will be held in a more discreet wartime format and taking into account the necessary security measures: the events will not take place on the open stage, but in the Sophia Cathedral, the Golden Gate (Zoloti Vorota) and under the Ash tree.
Bouquet Kyiv Stage-2022 will consist of a music, exhibition, excursion, and cinema program. Discussion panels will be held under the ash tree: philosophical, literary, artistic. According to the organizers, during the war, holding the festival is especially important – for the sake of strengthening our morale, faith in victory, for the sake of life now and after our victory.
“The three days of the festival will unite artists whose programs, full of individual feelings and reflections, were born and grew during these war months,” the post reads.
The organizers emphasize that all safety rules will be observed. In the case of an air raid siren, events will be suspended. Guests of the event will be invited to go to a safe shelter on the “Sofia of Kyiv” territory or go down to the Zoloti Vorota metro station.
Entrance to the festival is traditionally free, you need to pay an entrance ticket to the territory of “Sofia of Kyiv” or “Golden Gate” (“Zoloti Vorota”). This year, pre-registration is also mandatory for all events.
