Maintenance workers are working at 228 facilities.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

“Kyiv region is step by step recovering after the invasion of Russian troops. In April of this year, 400 million hryvnias were allocated from the state budget for current repairs. These funds are intended for the restoration of those objects that have suffered minor damage. In particular, to replace windows, doors, and repair roofs in buildings. Repair work has already been completed on 139 facilities,” Oleksiy Kuleba, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration noted.

He also added that among the renovated objects are 1 administrative building, 2 Centers for creativity of children and youth, 1 department of inpatient care for permanent or temporary residence, 4 institutions of general secondary education, 1 kindergarten, 15 health care institutions, 50 apartment buildings and 65 private houses.

4 of objects are located in Bilotserkivskyi district, 23 objects – in Brovarskyi, 90 – in Buchanskyi, 5 – in Vyshhorodskyi and 17 – in Fastivskyi districts.

In addition, the head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration noted that maintenance workers  are currently working at 228 facilities. It is planned to start work on another 87 objects this week.

“We must not just rebuild damaged buildings but improve the social well-being of the residents of Kyiv region. We are using all possible resources for this,” Kuleba noted.
